WhatsApp marketing, fully managed

Your offers, in your customers' WhatsApp. Arabic and English. Every month.

You have around 2,000 customers on your list. I write the offer, design the message, get it approved by Meta, send it from your official WhatsApp Business number in both languages, and send you the report. Three packages, priced by how many messages you send a month.

Sample messages. The salon name, the offer and the prices on the real ones come from you. Every message carries the customer's name and a "stop offers" button, which is what keeps the number in good standing with Meta.

What is in every package

The seven things you listed. Each one is in all three packages. The packages differ only in how many messages go out.

Promotional campaigns

Offer written, designed, approved by Meta and sent to your list on a set day.

Customer reactivation

A message to customers who have not visited in 60 days, with a reason to come back.

Special offers and packages

Eid, Ramadan, monthly grooming packages, a bring-a-friend offer. Planned on a calendar with you.

WhatsApp Business API

Your number on Meta's official API. Verified business, no ban risk from bulk-sending apps.

Broadcast messaging

Everyone on the list, or a segment: regulars, lapsed, Arabic speakers, English speakers.

Arabic and English

Every campaign written in both. Each customer gets the language you tag them with.

Campaign reporting

Delivered, read, tapped, replied, stopped. After every campaign and summed up monthly.

In all three packages

Your own number on the official WhatsApp Business API
List cleaned before every send: duplicates, wrong formats, customers who said stop
Replies land in an inbox your reception uses from a phone or laptop
Switch package up or down any month. Unused messages do not roll over.

Setup, one time

Charged once, before the first campaign. Waived if you pay the first three months of any package up front.

999 AED

Your salon's number moved onto the WhatsApp Business API, Meta business verification with your trade licence, your first three message templates written and approved in both languages, your customer list imported and cleaned, the inbox set up, and your reception shown how to reply. Takes 5 to 7 business days, most of it Meta's verification.

What Meta charges you directly

Meta charges per marketing message delivered, at its published UAE rate. Your card sits on your own Meta Business account, so you see Meta's bill, not mine. I do not mark it up and I never hold your money for it.

Marketing message
0.183 AED each, delivered. Offers, campaigns, reactivation. This is what your packages send.
Utility message
0.058 AED each. Booking confirmations and reminders, only if you use them.
Replies
Free. Anything you send within 24 hours of a customer messaging you, unlimited.
At 1,000 messages183 AED
At 5,000 messages915 AED
At 10,000 messages1,830 AED

Rates are Meta's as of September 2026 and change only when Meta changes them. A message that is not delivered is not charged.

Your list, or mine?

Yours. This is the question you asked, and the honest answer is the one I gave you on the phone. I do not provide or sell customer databases, and I will not send to one you bought. Messaging people who never gave you their number is the fastest way to get a WhatsApp number banned, and a banned number takes your existing customers with it.

What I do instead: your 2,000 customers are the list. New customers come from a WhatsApp link and QR code at your reception, on your Google Maps listing and on Instagram, so every walk-in can join the list with one tap, and from bring-a-friend offers sent to the customers you already have. The list grows from people who chose your salon, which is the only kind of list that keeps working.

How it runs

In this order, because each step needs the one above it. Step one depends on you. Step two's clock belongs to Meta.

  1. You send the customer list and your trade licence

Names and numbers in any format you have, even an export from your booking app or a phone. I clean it and tell you how many are on WhatsApp before anything is sent.

Needs from you: list, trade licence, the number to use
  2. WhatsApp Business API and Meta verification

Your number goes onto the official API and Meta verifies the salon against the licence. Usually 2 to 5 business days. This is the one clock I do not control.

    Meta's clock: 2 to 5 business days
  3. Offer calendar agreed with you

A short call: which offers, which weeks, which language for which customers. I write the first month's messages in Arabic and English and send them to you to approve.

    One call, 30 minutes
  4. Templates approved and the first campaign sent

Each message goes to Meta for template approval, then out to your list on the agreed day. Replies land in your inbox with quick replies for booking.

First send within 7 business days of setup
  5. Report, adjust, repeat

The day after each campaign you get the report. Each month we keep the offer that worked and change the one that did not. Reactivation goes out on its own schedule.

Every campaign, plus a monthly summary

What I am not promising

  • New customers from cold messaging. WhatsApp does not allow it and Meta bans numbers that try. New customers come from the QR at your reception, your Google and Instagram links, and referrals from your existing customers. That is slower than a bought list and it is the only version that lasts.
  • A number of bookings. The report shows you exactly who read the offer and who tapped to book. How many walk through the door depends on the offer, the week, and how fast your reception answers the replies.
  • Meta's approval clock. Verification and template approval usually take days, sometimes longer. Rejected templates get rewritten and resubmitted at no charge, but the day can move.
  • Messaging customers who asked to stop. Every message carries a stop button and a customer who taps it is removed the same day. This is not optional. It is what keeps your number's quality rating green and your messages delivered.
  • The green tick. Meta's verified badge is Meta's decision. I submit the application as part of setup and most salons are approved, but I do not control the outcome.

If this reads right, message me which package you want to start with and I will send the setup checklist the same day.
